About Me

What started as a childhood fascination has evolved into a passion for tinkering, creating, and innovating. Whether it's designing a new circuit, constructing a drone, or making a rocket out of a Pringles can and a model rocket engine (It was off the ground for an instant before turning 180 degrees, crashing into a bush and experiencing "rapid unscheduled disassembly"), I find myself constantly engaged in the world of engineering.

Outside of the classroom, you'll often find me immersed in various engineering projects. I thrive on the challenge of bringing ideas to life. Every project is an opportunity to learn something new.

I believe that engineering is more than just a career; it's a mindset. It's about creativity and problem solving, and in turn, a drive to make the world a better place. And that's what fuels my passion every single day.

Join me on this journey as I continue to explore the exciting world of engineering, one project at a time.

Sailing Trip Through The Bahamas

At the start of 2023, I ventured into a 5-month long sailing trip to the Bahamas with my family. During this time, I studied independently and was responsible for covering the subjects being taught at my school back home. I embraced the opportunity to be in charge of my learning and welcomed the chance to put into practice many of the subjects I was studying. For instance, as we were sailing, I learned about tides, the oceans and the weather, the same subjects being covered by my classmates back home. I learned about trigonometry and its purpose in navigating the oceans. I was able to learn from experiencing the physical world rather than relying solely on books.

This gave me a new perspective on these subjects because I understood why they are significant outside of school. Staring at problems on a worksheet while sitting at a desk would never have given me the understanding I acquired from being out and experiencing these subjects firsthand.
